FRANK EBERLING (Writer / Producer / Director)
Frank Eberling has been a filmmaker, producer and educator for over 30 years.
He made his first film in W. Palm Beach in 1962 and has since produced, directed, shot and written almost 3,000 film and video projects. He established his production company, PALM BEACH FILM GROUP in 1981. An EMMY winner, he produced PM MAGAZINE and PALM BEACH EXCITEMENT! He is the author of a dozen feature film screenplays, and in 1995 he directed DEADLY SURRENDER, a low-budget feature film based on his own script. It was distributed in 12 international markets and Official Selection at The Palm Beach International Film Festival. For the past five years he has taught Screenwriting for PBCC’s filmmaking program.
DUANE MEEKS (Writer / Producer / Director)
Duane Meeks has over fifteen years professional experience in television, film and theatre. His numerous professional credits include screenwriting, directing, producing, and acting in commercials, music videos, corporate and promotional videos, stage plays and dramatic films. Duane Meeks has also served as executive producer for scores of student films and television projects at Regent University, including many award winning productions. Currently he is developing several feature film projects, including a biopic on the life of John Wesley. The work of Billy Wilder, Howard Hawks, Stanley Kubrick, Woody Allen and Peter Weir represent his most important cinematic influences.
ORLANDO LUNA (Producer / Director / Editor)
Director of Luna Studio (est. 1987), a multimedia organization in Miami, Orlando Luna is engaged in film, video, photography and design. He has produced work for Nike, NYTimes, Newsweek and MTV where his responsibilities have included Production, Direction, Screenplay, Director of Photography and Still Photography. Recently, he co-created and edited “Handstand”, a comedy starring Victoria Jackson. Mr. Luna has always partitioned time to speak at events and participate in workshops in the United States and Internationally. He has been the featured presenter in over one hundred Apple Computer sponsored events. Mr. Luna was one of the first Editors to become an Apple Certified Digital Media Professional Trainer.
